Physical storage kits
- Eligible for refund when returned unopened within 14 days (see Returns).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
AI planning credits
A planning credit grants one AI Studio generation run. Because the service is delivered the moment it runs:
- Credits are non-refundable once a planning run has been generated.
- If a run technically fails (no usable output is produced), we will re-run it or refund that credit.
- Unused, never-generated credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
Bundles
For bundles that combine a planning credit with a physical kit (such as the Full Wall Planning Bundle), the physical kit follows the standard 14-day unopened return rule, while the planning credit follows the credit rules above.
Timing
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
